| Birth Certificate can be obtained from the preventive medicine unit at Al Rahba Hospital and for the Death certificate, the client needs to visit the Preventive Medicine Center at Abu Dhabi along with the Death notification issued from Al Rahba. |

| Most of the consultations are carried out through appointment and waiting time is minimal. In addition, walk in clients are also entertained, subject to the availability of the consulting physician. |

| Photocopying of patient records are carried out without any charges being levied. |

| Elective Admission- Surgical Case : The patient must obtain an appointment at OPD to see the physician and get the tests done which must be ready before the admission day, follwed by visit to the Pre anesthesia Clinic, as to be assessed by the Anesthetist, so as to decide if the patient is OK for the surgery or not. |
| Elective Admission - Medical case : The patient must obtain an appointment at OPD and see the Physician. Physician will admit the patient based on the medical condition of the patient. |
| Emergency Admissions : If the Patient needs an emergency consultation, can visit the Emergency unit and consult with the ER Physician and if the Doctor feels the requirement for the patient to be admitted, will do so accordingly. Patient must produce valid “Daman/thiqa” card within 24hrs of admission. |
| Patient must bring valid “Daman/thiqa” card along with their passport copy during their visit to the Hospital. |
| With all cases, the hospital is not responsible about any Valuable belonging, the patient carries with him/her during the visit to the hospital . All such valuables will be brought along , at the patient’s own risk during his/her stay at the hospital ( money, gold, Jewelry, mobiles, etc ). |
